Applicable Scenarios: Interior feature walls, elevator car interiors, storefront facades, and column cladding.
Substrate Requirements: The substrate surface must be level, dry, and structurally sound (typically consisting of 12mm–18mm flame-retardant plywood, OSB, or cement fiberboard).
Installation Steps:
Layout and Marking: Snap reference lines on the substrate to ensure the panels are installed perfectly plumb and level.
Adhesive Application: Apply a high-strength structural adhesive (such as a neutral-cure silicone structural adhesive) evenly to both the back of the panel and the substrate. Use high-strength double-sided tape to provide initial fixation.
Dry-Hanging System
Applicable Scenarios: Large-scale high walls, exterior facades, major public construction projects, or areas requiring future disassembly for maintenance.
Structural Features: The back of each panel is either bent to form an integrated hook, or fitted with aluminum alloy/stainless steel brackets via welding or riveting.

Key Installation Notes
1. Protective Film Handling
Do not remove the protective film prematurely: Keep the factory-applied double-layer protective film in place throughout the entire process—including cutting, bending, installation, and any necessary tapping or pressing—to prevent scratches on the panel surfaces, including recessed or raised areas.
Timing for film removal: Remove the protective film only after all construction work is complete and the site has been cleaned. It is recommended to remove the film within 45 days of installation to prevent adhesive residue.
2. Grain Direction & Layout Numbering
For large-scale projects, we mark the back of each panel with an installation direction arrow and a reference number. Please ensure that all panels are installed with the arrows pointing in the same direction to maintain a consistent diffuse light and shadow effect.
3. Cleaning Agents: For on-site cleaning, use a soft cloth and a neutral cleaning agent. Do not use any cleaning products that contain oxalic acid, strong acids or bases, or abrasive particles.
